City of Cleveland Department of Community Development*:  The Department of Community Development is the grantee for federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds which provides assistance to housing, social services, commercial revitalization, land development and reutilization to residents and business owners in the City of Cleveland. 
   
  City of Cleveland Department of Consumer Affairs*:  The Department of Consumer Affairs is dedicated to the protection of Cleveland Consumers. It is our mission to provide relief from fraudulent, unfair, deceptive and unconscionable business practices. The Department of Consumer affairs is charged with monitoring and enforcing the Cleveland Consumer Protection Code, as well as State and Federal Consumer Protection laws. The Department investigates, mediates and if necessary adjudicates consumer complaints, in conjunction with the Law Department. 


Cleveland Housing Network Cleveland Housing Network : To develop affordable housing for low and moderate income individuals with a special emphasis on generating pathways out of poverty and providing homeownership opportunities.

Cleveland Public Library :
The Cleveland Public Library promotes financial literacy by providing books and other educational materials relating to financial literacy, as well as speakers and programs.



Cleveland Saves Cleveland Saves *:  Cleveland Saves is a broad-based  coalition of nonprofit, financial, corporate and government groups which encourages individuals and families to save money so that they can build wealth. Through the delivery of information, advice, and encouragement, Cleveland Saves assists individuals who wish to pay down debt, build an emergency fund, afford a home, education, investments, or retirement in order to improve their standard of living and most important, gain peace of mind.

Consumer Credit Counseling Consumer Credit Counseling Service of NE Ohio *:   Provide counseling and money management education.


Consumer Protection Association Consumer Protection Association:   A private non-profit 501c3 organization. CPA grew out of a faith-based organization in 1967 by a committed community focus group of Olivet Institutional Baptist Church whose efforts were dedicated to advocacy and economic empowerment of low-income residents of greater Cleveland. Consumer Protection Association is a HUD certified Housing Counseling Agency.


        Cuyahoga County Cuyahoga County Department of Development*:  Foster strong neighborhoods, support safe, decent and affordable housing, and promote economically sound communities through programs that address issues vital to local business growth and enhanced employment opportunities within Cuyahoga County.
   

 

Cuyahoga County Earned Income Tax Credit Coalition:  Through the Cuyahoga EITC Coalition volunteers, low-income taxpayers will receive quality tax preparation, wealth building opportunities and other services in order to strengthen our neighborhoods' economies.
   
  Cuyahoga County Public Library: mission is to be at the center of community life by providing an environment where reading, lifelong learning and civic engagement thrive. Our vision supports initiatives and efforts that impact the quality of life for all in Cuyahoga County by being the most convenient public library in the nation and be known for the quality of our customer service.


         Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office *: Represents the Cuyahoga County Treasurer by filing foreclosure actions on tax delinquent properties. This process assists communities by fighting blight and abandonment and providing a tax producing revenue stream through re-utilization of land. We ensure that due process rights for property owners are protected while expediting the foreclosure process for redevelopment or assisting communities to acquire and maintain valuable land for future use.

 Home Repair Resource Center Home Repair Resource Center :  Home Repair Resource Center's mission is to help homeowners to maintain and strengthen the houses in Cleveland Heights to support the community's rich diversity. Along with hands-on programs to teach repairs, we offer a HUD certified counseling program to provide education regarding budgeting, credit, and home buying to encourage and empower individuals to make educated decisions.

Policy Matters Ohio: Policy Matters Ohio is a nonprofit, nonpartisan research group focused on analyzing public policies that affect working families in Ohio. We provide real-world analysis for policymakers, the media, community groups, and individuals to better help them engage in the public policy process. Some of our work surrounds consumer protection and asset building policies, helping working families to build wealth and not be victimized by predatory lending.


      Phe'be Foundation Phe’be Foundation :  The Phe’be foundation teaches sound financial education, using up-to-date resources. We build financial literacy and financial empowerment in our communities.
   
  Spanish American Committee: serves as the Gateway to socio-economic success for the entire Hispanic/Latino Community. The Committee commits to continuously enhance programs and services designed to foster self-sufficiency, career readiness, and wealth creation for individuals, children, and families, with a goal of creating socioeconomic stability in the community and in the entire Northeast Ohio region.
   
  State of Ohio Attorney General's Office The Ohio Attorney General is the chief legal officer of the State of Ohio in the United States. The office is filled by general election, held every four years. The current Ohio Attorney General is Richard Cordray.
